To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at help@appointusonline.com and provide your subscription details. Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the initial purchase will not be eligible.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the request is approved.

This policy applies only to first-time subscriptions. Renewals, recurring charges, or subscriptions outside the 30-day window are non-refundable.
